Can I send Gifts at lastminute.com.au gifts from overseas?
We can accept orders from customers outside Australia, however delivery is only available within Australia at this time.
Do prices on your site include GST?
All prices quoted in Australian dollars including GST where applicable.
How can I pay for my purchases?
Please pay by Bankcard, Mastercard, Amex or Visa in Australian dollars only.
On processing your order, we must authorise the full amount of the payment, including freight. Before despatching your order we will debit your credit card for the authorised amount.
Some Gifts at lastminute.com.au hampers include Liquor and Tobacco. Can I buy them?
Gift Hampers including alcohol and/or tobacco may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years. Gifts at lastminute.com.au and its delivery agents reserve the right not to sell or deliver goods to persons/gift recipients under 18 years.
Any gifts which cannot be delivered because recipients are under 18 years will be returned to gifts at Gifts at lastminute.com.au by courier with any additional courier cost borne by the customer.
Please note that all gift hampers containing alcohol must be purchased for another recipient and may not be purchased on your own behalf.
When will my purchase arrive?
Your order will normally take between 7 and 10 days to deliver, but may take up to 15 days should your items not be stocked or if there is a delay with the supplier, in which case we will telephone you to notify you of the expected date of delivery of your item.
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Gifts at lastminute.com.au team, however we are unable to accept returns on food items, cosmetics or sale items (unless faulty).
I want to return a Gift
Gifts may not be returned. If an individual item within the gift is damaged or defective, Gifts at lastminute.com.au will consider a replacement. We reserve the right to determine if a gift is damaged or defective prior to replacement. We will organise a replacement when the unused defective product is returned to us.
