How To Order

Our simple purchase process will have your gift shopping done in no time!

Step 1:

Choose Your Clever Gift

Select your desired gift and click on Buy Now or Add to Order to proceed to check out.

Step 2:

Shopping Cart & Log-in

Items you have chosen will be displayed in the shopping cart with the applicable freight and total cost displayed. You will need to log in with your email address and date of birth. (This will be used as a password only).

Step 3:

Billing & Delivery Details

Fill in the form with your billing details. These may be pre-populated if you have purchased before and log in with the same details. If you have chosen a gift containing alcohol or tobacco, you will need to enter your date of birth (again) to verify that you are over 18.

Fill in the recipient details and your personal message for the card. Please check these carefully as we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses or misspelled names.

Step 5:

Payment

This page will display the total cost of purchase, including freight. Enter your credit card details to complete the purchase.

Step 6:

Confirmation

You will go to a confirmation page which you can print out as a record of your purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Step 7:

Delivery!

Your lucky recipient will receive a gorgeous, hand-delivered, beautifully wrapped gift they will remember.

Ordering and paying online is the most convenient way to process your gift purchase, and your details are encrypted as they travel across the internet. However if you wish to purchase over the phone, please call 1300 886 746. Multiple gift purchases

To order multiple gifts to same address, enter the quantity of the gift to be purchased on the Shopping Cart page. Multiple gifts to different addresses may not be purchased in the one web transaction. Please complete your order to the first address, then create a new order to subsequent addresses. Once you have entered your billing details once, they will be pre-populated on subsequent purchases so you will not have to enter them again.

Receipt of purchase

On the final page of the purchase process, you will see a printable order confirmation which will act as your receipt. You will also receive an email containing the details of your purchase – please keep this email in case of future queries about your order.

Gift cards

We are pleased to enclose your personal, handwritten message with each gift on a gift card.
