International customers

Gifts at lastminute.com.au can accept orders from international customers outside Australia, however please note delivery is only available within Australia.
Unfortunately Gifts at lastminute.com.au does not deliver to Norfolk Island or Christmas Island locations, as they are outside our courier network. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery fee includes shipping and handling as well as personalised greeting card and message. The charge varies depending on gift type and size and is displayed in the shopping cart. When will my purchase arrive?

If the item ordered is a “Express Delivery” item, your gift(s) will be despatched the next day. Non-stocked items will be despatched within 7 days. Please see Standard Delivery table below. Gifts may be delivered to the supplied delivery address up until 5pm Monday – Friday.

We cannot guarantee a specific time. We recommend a work delivery address for the recipient, as most people are not home during the day. Upon delivery, a signature is obtained and the parcel scanned. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Please note that we cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays or deliver to PO Boxes.

Note: Orders must be placed before 3pm to be despatched the next business day. If an Express Delivery gift is ordered with another product that is not ready for despatch the gifts will be despatched together within 7 business days.

This table represents an estimated time for delivery for all parcels. While we make every effort to adhere to these times, all dates specified are estimates only. We have chosen courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver by the estimated delivery time. Stocked items are sent by courier. Non-stocked items are sent via Australia Post.

Non-stocked products

Not all products are kept in our Sydney fulfilment centre, so certain items cannot be despatched immediately. If the item ordered is an Express Delivery item, your gift(s) will be despatched the next day. Non-stocked items will be despatched within 7 business days.

Can I pick up from the warehouse instead of paying delivery?

Our warehouse is unfortunately not equipped to welcome customers or to process orders – we can only add new orders to our systems via phone or web. This means that we can only accept orders through these channels and cannot allow customers into the warehouse. If you have any questions about our products, please call us on 1300 737 114 and our helpful customer consultants will assist you.

Delivery Confirmation

When the gift is delivered to the nominated address, the recipient's signature is required to confirm delivery. If the gift cannot be delivered to the recipient directly, a proxy or appropriate agent will sign for the gift delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

Redelivery – Incorrect delivery address

It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, postcode, advise incorrect or incomplete phone numbers, Gifts at lastminute.com.au is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Redelivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home will incur additional costs to be borne by the customer. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.

Redelivery – Recipient is not at address at time of delivery

If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 7 days.
Gifts at lastminute.com.au conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service to our customers. We have chosen to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your gifts.
